Dage wins Global Technology Award for Computerized Tomography

Dage Precision Industries (DPI) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a Global Technology Award in the Inspection Equipment Category for its computerized tomography 3D inspection system. The distinguished award was presented to Simon White, Software Manager and Keith Bryant, European X-Ray Sales Manager of Dage by Trevor Galbraith, Editor-In-Chief of Global SMT & Packaging magazine at a special ceremony during the Productronica show in Munich, Germany.

The innovative computerized tomography (CT) system can be integrated into the Dage XiDAT XD7600NT digital x-ray inspection system providing both 2D and 3D inspection capability with advanced three-dimensional modeling and volumetric measurement of solder interconnections for critical applications such as stacked die, MEMS, package-in-package and package-on-package.
