Dage Provides High-Tech X-Ray Solution For UIC's Technology Excellence Center

Dage Precision Industries, a leading supplier of x-ray and bond test equipment, and Universal Instruments Corporation (UIC), a leading provider of business productivity solutions to electronics manufacturers, announce UIC’s acquisition of a Dage XL6500, x-ray for its Technology Excellence Center in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.

The XL6500 will enhance UIC’s world-class laboratory and applications engineering facility by providing x-ray inspection and failure analysis of PCB assemblies and semiconductor packages produced at the Center of Excellence.
